Which shipping provider do you use? 
We use Australia Post standard delivery for our shipping. Express Post delivery is available at an additional fee upon request.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Once your order has been dispatched with Australia Post, a tracking number will be emailed to you, stating the estimated delivery timeframe. There may also be slight delays during the Christmas period. 

How can I track my order? 
You can either refer to the tracking notification from Australia Post or contact the staff in the store on (02) 9540 1000.

Can I have my order delivered to my PO Box? 
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. We request that you provide street address details during the checkout process. 

Can I order a Click and Collect? 
Click & Collect is available for customers who prefer the convenience of collecting their orders in person. Pay online and select “pick up” in the shipping options. One of our team members will contact you when your order is ready for collection. 

What does "We'll contact you with the shipping costs" mean at checkout?
At checkout, if you receive "We'll contact you with the shipping costs" as you're delivery fee at $0.01, this means we want to provide our customers with the best delivery fee for your order and location. The delivery fee is processed separately once approved over the phone or by email. If you're unhappy with the delivery fee amount, your original online purchase will be refunded to the payment source used.
