Shipping Times
The staff at The Gymea Lily make every effort to despatch orders promptly. Delivery times are indicative only, and we are not liable for shipments that do not arrive by the expected time. To avoid delays, we suggest you provide an attended address, or provide authority to leave in a nominated location. Unfortunately, courier drivers are not able to phone before delivery.

Click & Collect
Click & Collect is available for customers who prefer the convenience of collecting their orders in person. Pay online and select “pick up” in the shipping options. One of our team members will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

When collecting your order, please bring a copy of your order confirmation and your photo identification, which must match the payment method details on the order confirmation email.

You may have someone else collect your order on your behalf. Please email us at shop@thegymealily.com.au with the representative’s name before picking up the order.

They will need to bring the following: 
• A copy of the order confirmation email.
• Their photo identification to match the approved name for the collection.

PO Box Addresses
Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Box addresses. We request that you provide street address details during the checkout process. 

Warrenbrooke Wall Art
The delivery fees for our Warrenbrooke wall art are calculated based on the dimensions of each piece and the location to which it is to be delivered. The staff at The Gymea Lily manually calculate each of these deliveries to provide our customers with the most accurate shipping cost.

Our procedure for purchasing all Warrenbrooke wall art products is that each order is paid for in full online or store, and the delivery fee is processed as a separate amount once approved over the phone or by email. If you're unhappy with the delivery fee amount, your original online purchase will be refunded to the payment source used.
